News and Info on the Kustom/Classic Bicycle Scene and Casual Cycling in the Wichita area
Just like everything else that involves the bike bunch, this parade was a great time!
I believe there were 30+ bikes/participants.
Thanks Dan for organizing it this year and also to everyone who participated.
Huge turn out last night. Erick showed up for the first time since his surgery. He's not yet on a bike but he's at least able to get out and about.
Also our favorite barmaid at the Shamrock who expressed interest in a bike now has her a new (old) bike thanks to Scott.
Several other people went home with new (old) bikes as Steve C. was there selling some off.
We encountered a hitchhiker at the Keeper who suddenly changed her mind once she saw Chopper T.
Thursday night May 22nd Dave and the fine folks at the Shamrock Lounge are again having a BBQ/Cook-out just for the Thursday night bicycle bunch. Come hungry and try to be there by 7:00pm.
The weather was perfect on last night's ride until late in the evening when a thunder storm moved in dumping a horrendous amount of rain on us. I know those of us that tried to beat the worst of the storm didn't. I hope everyone made it home ok.

Wichita. The brothers closed the [...]
