Tuesday, January 1. 2008Great Start To The New Year Dave warming up to ride. The New Years Day get-together was a great time. Thanks to Dave and Donna for hosting the event and to everyone that came. There was a lot of great food and drink. A few brave souls even went for a bike ride in the sub freezing weather. More Photos Here... Trackbacks

It was nice to see everyone. Christine thanks for choosing mac-n-cheese over beans it was really good as was all the other food. Even the black-eyed-peas. Good job on those Dave.
Yes, that day was cold and very fun. I do have a ???? for Ms. Laura May, is that a coconut in your pretty red coat or were you just happy to be with the bike group???
The company was great, food excellent and am so looking forward to the warmer biking days.

Thanks for mentioning the video Nova. We are planning a group event for the spring. This is to include everyone. We will be learning the Thriller dance and performing it at the Shamrock...yes this is real. Start working on it in the privacy of your own homes and we will start having practice as a group soon....i need to work out details.

Nova, I watched the video and the Phillipine prisoners doing the dance. I tried to follow along, it is too hard. I will keep practicing.
I watched the Video this morning of the phillipine prisoners doing the thriller dance. That is a good one! The orange jumpers really stick out. I haven't tried following along, but maybe today I will give it a whirl. I hope everyone is having a great start to the new year. Randy and I finally went for a ride last Sunday. Cheers.

This evening I spotted 2 of the give-away bikes being ridden down the sidewalk. I knew they were the bikes because one w
as the boys and the other the girls and the girls still had streamers. Nice to know they are getting use.

Yes assembly will be done indoors. I believe the only time spent outdoors will be loading them into trucks.
