Friday, July 17. 2009Broadview Hotel Tour - August 27th The Broadview Hotel contacted me and wanted to set up another date for the Historic Flapper tour. You may recall the last time didn't work out. Here are the details again... Meet at the Shamrock as usual then we'll ride to the Broadview where we are expected to be there by 8:00pm. There is a limit as to how many can attend so we'll have to work this out amongst ourselves if we have too many. This is a free tour intended for regular riders of the Thursday Night Pub Pedal. All that is asked in return is that you only participate if you are truly interested and give your full attention and respect to our host and guide at all times. What you can expect on the tour... Colorful Tales Local History Famous People Unexplained Happenings Legends of The Broadview Hotel come alive Story telling from our famous "Speak Easy" to our 8th floor famed roof top garden. Comments

Is this tour full yet? I just found out about your group, and if there is room for any more riders, my husband and I are interested. We just started riding again, and I was looking for a group we could ride with occasionally.
As for the hotel tour we will just work it out once there. I assume the regular riders who have given the hotel bar their business will get preference if there are too many.
Never a limit as to how many can join the pub pedal though.
Man... another night I've got something else going on. I guess that frees up a spot for someone else.

Yes assembly will be done indoors. I believe the only time spent outdoors will be loading them into trucks.
