Friday, March 12. 2010Midwest Bicycle Swap 04-25-2010 The 1st and possibly annual Midwest Bicycle Swap is being held on Sunday, April 25th at the Hometown Market in Haysville, KS. For all the details visit MidwestBicycleSwap.com. Whether you buy, sell or just hang out or ride your bike on the Haysville bicycle path, please attend and help make this event a success! We still have booth's, so far I have...
Cameron Thad Cody and Tim sharing a booth Randy Myself these are all "for sure" hope I didnt forget anyone! then I have a couple of maybe's So dont wait for the mad scramble, reserve your booth. Im still looking for a pinstriper to come and do some striping at the meet, let me know if you know of anybody wanting to take it on. Also dont forget the Central States Metal Artisans will be on hand giving demonstrations at the Blacksmith shop... maybe someone can sweet talk them to create some one off bicycle goodies!
I plan on having for sale... unofficial Coasters and Pub Pedal T-shirts & button up shirts, a Schwinn Racer, a Schwinn Speedster, a Schwinn OCC Stingray and a few frames and misc. parts.
There should be someone there pinstriping.
Whos is laying down the stripes? I have a couple rims commin out of the paint booth that i need to have some lines run around on. I need someone with a steady hand thats not goin to make me have to repaint them.
Harry the pinstriper will be at the swap, I have seen his work, and he does great work, I plan on letting him pull some lines on my Bike and BBQ trailer
Dont forget, I will also have grilled Hot dogs and canned pop available. cant sell it due to city regulations, but donations accepted!
I hope to be there if it doesn't take me all day to get done running the half marathon that day. It very well could

Yes assembly will be done indoors. I believe the only time spent outdoors will be loading them into trucks.
