This evening I spotted 2 of the give-away bikes being ridden down the sidewalk. I knew they were the bikes because one was the boys and the other the girls and the girls still had streamers. Nice to know they are getting use.

Yes assembly will be done indoors. I believe the only time spent outdoors will be loading them into trucks.

I'm sure that's fine. They'll also need help loading bikes into trucks. I had forgot to post that they are also assembling bikes on Sunday beginning at 1:00pm. I just updated the post.

Okay. I do vaguely remember Nancy saying something about the tour being open other days, now that you mention it. But I thought she was hoping you guys'd do a parade-substitute of some sort on Saturday.

And I have decreed that there shall be no rain Saturday, because I'm going to be sitting under a tent collecting the toys and hats and mittens and whatnot. Rain is simply not allowed.

Well the person who put this ride together to tour the homes decided on Sunday based on the weather. Pretty good chance of rain on Saturday I guess.
I still encourage people to go out and participate in the festivities Saturday.

No I've never heard of it. Grew up in the 70s but didn't go to the West side much.

Anybody remember F&T bicycle shop 13th and Meridian . Pet Haven is there now. Two guys owned it. I think they where maybe swedish. In the early 1970's I bought my orange Nishiki olympic there for around $117.00. cool times .
