Saturday, June 11. 2011First Pedal Mania Fun times today at the first Pedal Mania. Pedal Mania is the Historic Delano District's contribution to the Wichita River Festival. The Coasters put on a bike display, hosted a kids parade and games like the Disgruntled Paperboy Throw, the Tube Toss and Bicycle Bowling. Not a lot of participants in the Kids Parade but we made the best of it. The other events I think went pretty well. A steady flow of people passing through, checking out the bikes and participating in the games. Thanks to all the Coasters who came out and made this first time event a success. A special BIG thanks to those who ran games and/or provided prizes and fetched newspapers all day. I think we did a pretty good job. Thanks to historic Delano for inviting us. Photos here.
