Wednesday, April 13. 2011Meeting This Saturday
The Coasters have been invited to put on a display of custom and classic bikes at this year's Smoky Hill River Festival in Salina, KS, June 10th, 11th and 12th. From what I've heard so far this sounds like a pretty neat festival and we will be treated really well.
If you are interested in participating, please attend a planning meeting with festival organizers at Larry's house, this Saturday (April 16th) at 11:00am. For more info on the meeting call Larry or contact me. Saturday, March 27. 2010Upcoming Ride
There will be a short (4 or 5 mile) daytime ride Sunday May 23rd. Mark your calendar now. It'll include a little history and possibly food.
The time and all the details will be announced a little later once they're finalized. This ride is part of the Neighbor Hood Bike Expo. If you're interested in helping plan this ride meet at Tom Sawyer Bicycle Shop (Broadway & Mt Vernon) tomorrow (28th) at 2:00pm and be ready to ride. There will be a planning meeting this Saturday(27th) 3:00pm at the Go-Away Garage to discuss this years bicycle show that is held there. The meeting is open to anyone who has an interest in this event.
